Yes, written notification/email must be received at our office for any cancellation.
Any bookings cancelled by the customer prior to 4 weeks of the commencement date will be refunded minus a 10% admin charge, In the event of the booking being cancelled by the customer within 4 weeks of the planned date, the deposit will be forfeit unless the space/s can be filled. The date of cancellation will be the date that written notification/email is received. No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced unless cancelled for operational reasons & cannot be rescheduled.
We reserve the right to cancel any of our courses due to operational reasons. In this event all fees will be refunded unless alternative dates are acceptable.
