Shorebased Courses

Camel Sailing is RYA recognised Shore Based Training Center. We are able to offer Shorebased courses for:-

Dayskipper- an introduction to Navigation, meterology and safety at sea. No previous knowledge required.

Coastal Skipper / Yachtmaster - In depth course covering coastal navigation, Meterology, International Rules for the Prevention of Collosions at Sea. Knowlege to Dayskipper standard required.

Short Range Radio Certificate (marine VHF) - a 1 day course to qualify for the SRC Certificate. A legal requirement for the opperation of marine band VHF Radio.

RYA First Aid - 1 day first aid course for those on the water.

HSE Appointed Persons First Aid -  1 day course. First Aid in the Workplace.

HSE First Aid at Work- 3 day course for first aiders in the workplace.
